André Kofmehl
André Kofmehl is a co-founder of the Singing Christmas Tree; together with Beat Seeberger, he established the format in Zurich. Since then, he thinks daily about it: content-wise, organizationally, and in dialogue with everyone who makes such a project possible. André nurtures relationships, brings people together, mediates, negotiates, and ensures that an idea can become a tradition over the years without stagnating.
As a lawyer and entrepreneur, he has been running the Office for Cultural Promotion in Zurich since 1990. His motivation remains the same to this day: to bring singing back to where it belongs, to children, young people, and into the everyday life of the city. With his projects, he has already inspired over 50,000 children to sing together. And those who work with André quickly realize: He does not live culture as a reflection on the past, but as a movement forward with a lot of curiosity, a strong spirit of innovation, and a firm belief that culture arises when people meet.
Luca Seeberger
Luca has been on board at SCT Event since 2011 and took over the management from his father Beat Seeberger in 2017. As a passionate cook and trained computer scientist, he combines culinary quality with technical know-how and a fine sense of atmosphere.
He is responsible for gastronomy, technology, and processes, from recipe development and food concepts to setup and smart process methodology, branding, and aesthetics. Over the years, Luca has become a true street food specialist: he has successfully implemented numerous different concepts and refines them until timing, techniques, and quality are perfect. His commitment: everything fresh, regional, and meticulously thought out, with a special love for carefully selected ingredients and products from small producers. He is known, among other things, for his original Valencian churros with chocolate sauce from the boutique manufacturer Taucherli.
Sabrina Buchenhorner
Sabrina has been a pillar of sct event for many years and has been a partner and part of the management since 2023. Those who experience the Singing Christmas Tree see the stage, lights, and voices; Sabrina ensures that all of this reliably comes together every day. She coordinates the choirs, maintains contact, plans assignments and work schedules, organizes processes behind the scenes, and keeps track of the numbers as well.
What distinguishes her work is this calm blend of clarity and understanding of people: Sabrina listens, makes pragmatic decisions, and remains composed even when things get hectic outside. This creates what seems completely natural for guests: a business that runs smoothly, a team that functions, and a show that can take place every day.
Robin Diethelm
Robin Diethelm is the multitalent at every event and a true innovation driver. As a trained carpenter and experienced construction manager, he skillfully combines his craftsmanship expertise and event experience. Always with a smile on his face, he ensures that every construction runs smoothly and all wooden structures are implemented perfectly. Since 2023, Robin has also been an official partner and part of the management team. He is constantly looking for new ways to make setup, operation, and problem-solving even smarter, a true problem solver with heart and mind.
